10 Minute Medicine Ball Core Workout For Beginners

‎Hey what’s up everybody ?!

Coach Gaby Here !

Were going to do a Medicine Ball Workout!

This workout can help anyone, at any age, and it does not require a gym membership.

If you have knees or back problems, this workout will be perfect for you too. It’s entirely done standing so there’s no bending over or floor work. Of course, you may always modify the workout for mobility issues.

Do this workout regularly and your body will thank you. The most important thing is regularly putting time into your fitness 😊

Let me know in the comments what you think of this workout, I read every comment and we appreciate the love.‎

  1. Alot of beginer work outs tend to be complicated, don’t talk about form(causing pain) and don’t do things in real time, video editing and phase outs that make it hard to keep up. This is like a good old fashion work out video like people use to have on tape. Simple constructed and ACTUALLY beginner. I’m very out of shape and I felt the work without hating it. Thank you so much!

  2. Awesome workout Coach Gaby! Good for in between my strength training days. The lightest medicine ball we have is 12 pounds but that was too hard and cumbersome so used a 7 kG dumbell which is probably about the same weight. Combined this with my Coach Mere’s One and done workout. xx Karen

  3. But would these exercises still work if you have a wimpy medicine ball, say in the 6-8 lb range? I am more of a cardio person, never liked using free weights or machines (too self conscious about form), but like the idea of using a medicine ball and maybe kettle bells down the road?

  4. Thank you for this workout ! Love the change up . How heavy is your ball ? And what do you suggest for beginners ? Thanks !

  5. Day 1:
Struggled a little had to sit down on one of them half way through but I completed 2 sets, will be back for an update !

  6. I never comment but thank you for making this! Day 1 of starting this as I’m pretty underweight with zero strength and trying to work up an appetite and to be able to lift things as basic as cat litter. I’ll try to update in 30 days to see how this goes.

  7. Love this, do you have videos on macebells or indian clubs and battle ropes just to keep things mixed up, love your voice and gentle teaching style so many videos are so aggressive and showing off.
