8 Minute Med Ball Six Pack Ab Workout | No Equipment

This killer 8 minute workout takes you through four different med ball ab exercises. Using a medicine ball you will perform the med ball crunch, med ball mountain climber, russian twists and single leg suitcases. If you don’t have a medicine ball you can always follow along without one.

  1. 64 years old..did it..the middle one was pretty hard…was sorta up for a plank but difficult to bring the leg up..sorta tried from the knee position…then just did the plank and held it mostly..is that ok starting out?…the other two were fantastic..I slowed the video to half speed which was good also for me… I had a 12 lb med ball and found it great!

  4. Have you got any low impact on lower back exercises that work core really good? I have retrolisthesis in my lower back and am looking to improve core strength but I feel like I’m some what limited without putting too much strain on my lower back

  5. Started doing this about a week ago, feels good and intense enough although im not able to do it for the full 8min i think im at like 6? The mountain climbers feel impossible atm lol

    I feel like im using my neck too much during the med ball crunch.

    Should i try to relax my neck and let the shoulder lift up mainly?

So far so good, it’s very easy to hold on to with workouts I do with it, although I do wish though I would have ordered a heavier one, the ones at the gym I used to go to must have been overweight because this one felt pretty light compared to those that said they were also 8 pounds. Great product though, I love it and plan on keeping it for a while at least until I need a bigger one

  9. I have never had good abs but in my 40s now and packing a little extra in the front. I have just started this as its time to see what i can do! Man its tough! but im sticking in there! wish me luck

  14. Just did this work out for the first time, and also my first medicine ball workout in general. Definitely felt hit in my abs. Looking forward to doing it a lot more on a 6 pound ball so far, and I’m still wondering if I should’ve started with a four.

  16. I usually run a lot and on the fitter side, tried this and expecting to breeze through it. Didnt breeze through it, yep I need more core strength 🤦‍♂
