I use every cardio machine and I find that Stepper/Crosstrainer burns fat the most. Since I have been using it for a long time, I have no problem to higher the difficulty level of the stepper almost to the max so I can burn 200kcal or even more in just 10 minutes. The only issue with this machine is that my hands start to hurt a little bit and have to move them to different positions to avoid pain

I’m currently doing 13% for 30min at 3mph. Working my way up to 15%. Might keep increasing incline gradually at same pace or stick to 15% and increase the speed gradually. One thing at a time!

Unfortunately I am unable to walk on inclines or stairs due to heart issues. I was born premature and got Scarlett Fever imediately after damaging my heart. I now have a dual chamber pacemaker and Chronic Afib. I do walk 5 to 6 miles daily on a flat treadmill.
I walk every day incline 10 45 minutes speed 6.4 per hour, amazing results, wonderful feeling, highly recommend, takes time to get used to, in a workout that works well you sweat on the back of your stomach and in your hands
Love incline up to 15. I often alternate it back down to 5or 8 like you would if you’re walking in a wild terrain. That’s been a great way to work up towards finding a consistent incline strength and find you can last longer each time.
I have a $80 manual treadmill that I have to hold on to the handle. For now I’m just happy to be in motion.

First, I walk for 45min on 10% incline of 4.1mph speed buring 220 calories and after that for 1hr I do weight lifting/Dumbbell Workouts/ Leg Day (every other day) from past 1 month but my weight keep fluctuating..am I doing wrong? Plz guide me
You can’t spot reduce fat, so saying walking on an incline burns belly fat is total nonsense. It doesn’t matter how much you "engage your core", if i flex my tricep while walking on an incline will i burn more arm fat? The answer is obviously no. I get the little trick you use by saying "you will burn fat while walking, and some of that could be belly fat" just more clickbait snake oil nonsense
I just started my exercise about 1 week ago, i do incline walking for an hour, i do the stairmaster right after that then im going to start next week adding the airdyne bike, i want my body to be confused so it uses more muscles

I’ll do an Hour, starting with a 2 minute warmup, a 15.0 incline for 8 mins, then a 3 minute break, 7 mins incline, 4 mins break, then 6 mins incline, followed by 3 5-5’s. It’s pure exhaustion at the end.
My best exercise to losing weight is cycling
I usually do it gradually. I would start off around 2.8mph and 5 incline then move up to 10incline. I also play solitaire on the treadmill games wich makes time goes by much faster. So mid to high incline plus solitaire is a good combo. I sweat alot and definitely feel the heart rate go up. Altogether i would do it for 35mins a day 5 days a week.
