  5. I have been doing this cone drill for past weekends now and it’s helping my dribbling even improved better which is making me happy because I have been playing 1v1 against people and I’m playing really well. I don’t know if it could be because they’re not as good at getting the ball away for me. Maybe that’s not why maybe I’m just naturally getting good but I also want to improve my juggling but I really have good ball control, but I really want to improve my juggling, but I think would be good because I will definitely lose it

  6. My son Zaiden loves your videos! Thank you. Also I noticed a repeat with 24-and 25 outside push pull (right)

  7. you don’t have to do all 32 cone drills , do one or two cone drills , be a master of one skill, if you do all this 32 cone drills you will be overthinking , I hope you get me👍

  8. Started practicing basic dribbling again a few days ago, and now I’m gonna start using these exercises. I have 5 months until tryouts.
Plus I’m going to run everyday and improve my speed.
    Day 1:
okay so I did practice these for like a week and I really did see improvement. But I ended up getting stitches so I’m not really able to practice this for now.

  9. Thank you very much lad, I really like the video and I will try some of these drills to improve my ball control.

  10. I was watching one of your latest video and then I saw this one(4 yrs old), and I can clearly see the difference in your weak foot dribbling…

Good drills ❤️ and you also have improved alot too…

  11. Hi guys! I hope you enjoyed the video. Over 30 exercises here that develop the ability to manipulate the ball on the move in tight spaces, with all the different surfaces of the foot.

Here are some tips to help you set up your training:

Cones aren’t necessary, you can use any objects you have laying around the house to set up the dribbling course.

My cones are approximately one step apart, but you can increase or reduce the distance between the cones suited to your preference.

You can increase or reduce the number of cones based on your preference or equipment you have available.

Start slowly with each exercise, until you become comfortable with it, then increase the pace to challenge yourself.

Try performing each exercise 3 times through. You can do more if you want to.

Below are the time codes for each exercise:

00:00 – Single Leg Weave (right foot)

00:18 – Single Leg Weave (left foot)

    00:38 – Outside Foot Only
