I wanted to get a new stationary exercise bike but have limited space.
I found this bike and like it enough that I thought I should do a review on it.

  1. Any vids to repair it? Resistance doesn’t hold up for levels 3-8 and in the middle of a pedal all resistance gives out for those levels.

  2. it works great. as long as you aren’t 5’5 or shorter. otherwise, it’s impossible to properly rotate the pedals and use the bike correctly

  3. I am thinking about getting one also, due to pandemic, don’t want to go to gym with mask on when doing cardio workout. When you turn to "8" how hard is it to pedal? A lot of resistance or not so much? Thanks

  4. Thanks for mentioning the concern that I have. I am short and have short arms so I am hesitating to get the bike. Otherwise it looks like it would be a good purchase.

  5. I bought this on amazon and then found this review while waiting for it to come – now I’m even more excited!

  6. Great review, however I would just be cautious with standing on this bike as it’s primarily designed for the user to remain seated. I’d recommend a slight increase in resistance and increase your RPM (pedal faster) to get the same desired effect of increasing your heart rate even higher. Perhaps even structure it so that you do 30 minutes but after every 10, you jump off and do a minute of 4/5 different bodyweight exercises to take the HR slightly higher ready for when you jump back on for your next 10 minutes. Endless choice to get a fantastic workout.

I’ve been part of the fitness industry for over 10 years so am happy to answer any questions 🙂

  7. For any viewers out there looking at this bike today, I just put mine together today. Super easy, pretty light to handle. Was surprised at how sturdy it feels. Needed a small hardy compact bike to ride over the winter. So far happy with my purchase 🙂 I hope it lasts at least a few winters!

  8. I got this bike. Not bad I use it for 1 hour at a time doing 15 to 20 miles a use. HOWEVER let me warn you. From setting 1 to setting 2 is a huuuuge jump. And from setting 2 to 3 is even bigger jump. So it goes from easy to hard to hold on to your shit buddy it’s getting super hard.

  9. The seat makes using the bike a chore, after 20nmins i have to stop due to buttock pain, even with a gel saddle cover and 2 folded towels the pain is to much.

  10. Does anyone know how to adjust the tilt of the bike seat? I’m sick of going numb downstairs after riding it for a short amount of time, I’ve tried buying a cushion for it and that didn’t work and someone said to tilt it down but I can’t see anyway to do it

  11. Because of its low weight and size, do you think the bike will move alot from side to side if i were to pedal really hard? Do you think the forward position of my legs on this bike would make it harder/uncomfortable to pedal really fast?

  12. I got this bike yesterday and I am sure it is amazing. I cannot figure how to put the legs on. It slips all over. Someone help

  13. I know I’m 3 years late, but great review thanks. I’m going to buy one and feel a bit more confident after seeing this video.

  14. I just put this bike together tonight! The seat is high but I am also 5’6 so it’s perfect for my long legs! It took me a little longer because I don’t know how to do these things but all in all it was not hard! I have already rode it and it feels very good! Thanks for the Video! Helped me to make sure I had it as it should be ha ha!

  15. Hello. I’m 5’1” and looking for a comfortable exercise bike I can actually reach the pedals on. This one looks so appealing to me, but those Amazon reviews are damning. Does anybody have any suggestions for reliable bikes that are $200 (or under) for shorter people?

  16. Can you operate it without the batteries? (The magnetic resistence switch works without batteries?) How long do batteries last?

  17. Since the video is from 2018 I’d like to know how the bike has held up. Have you had any problems with it, and if so, what were they?

  18. The Marcy looks like a great choice. I bought the Xterra FB150 yesterday, and it looks like it was built in the same factory in China, A+. I’m a senior, 6 feet tall, and the Xterra is 5′-10" max, but i don’t care, i will find a firm pillow to sit on, hey. My long arms reaches the handles very easy. Thank you.

  19. I ordered the exercise bike on January 7th and it arrived on February 12th. https://www.youtube.com/post/Ugkxzg0clhbtRf2gGxPkVETFKJJKGqdsorQu The box must have been tossed around quite a bit because one whole side of the styrofoam was destroyed, and the other side foam was cracked. The Two zip ties holding the handlebars had broken loose and handlebars were loose in the box. There are two small holes in the foam on the right side of the handlebars, I guess from rolling around inside the box. Assembly was straight forward and easy. I am 6 ft 5 in 220 lb and the handlebars and seating positions fully adjustable and work great, I’m getting full leg extension. The noise level is very, very low and acceptable. The adjustment knob for the pressure on the flywheel works well also. The exercise bike is very well made, sturdy and easy move around. This is my first exercise bike and will keep me in shape over the winter. Update 3/19/21: when removing the sticker from the wheel, make sure you remove any sticker glue also. I thought mine was clean but I was getting a slight noise from the glue. Once cleaned off, its super quite. Also the monitor didn’t work, tracked it down to the pickup device wasn’t in the hole. Once I moved in the hole, it works fine. Do NOT put it in until it touches or it will damage the pickup.

  20. Thank you! Space is my primary issue. I also live in arctic weather in the winter. I can’t exactly go running outside most of the year
