  1. I follow a couple of Jump Rope sites on YT but this is one of the most ‘informative’ videos of jumping rope I’ve seen to date…..well done sir!….you now have a new subscriber.

  2. Step 1: go to hardware store and buy rope and duct tape…and sweat out the process of having to explain yourself ๐Ÿ˜ฐ

But seriously this gives me lots of ideas and options. Thank you!

  3. Man I salute you having Prosthetic foot and what damn hardworking work man you are doing…you just sold me Man…You became inspiration for me… YouTube suggest this channel…

  5. Man has a prosthetic leg and is still doing a full body workout with jump rope. That some real motivation. I’m skipping to lose weight. Been jump roping for 6 days now. Was 165 when I got the jump rope and with 21% body fat. Started working out on May 27th, 2020 weighing 180. I came a long way. I use a 1 pound weighted jump rope and it not easy. it will tire you.

  6. U donkey get a yoga Matt or jump rope Matt if ur using a get lean or get strong crossrope set that’s 300 dollars bro on concrete bro. Look what concrete does to your bones and muscles. U get shin splints . What u think that will do to a wire . But nice video

  8. I train like you BUT I do pull ups overhead press weighted pull ups and then I jumรณ with my 30 lbs vest I just do anything that comes across on my way ๐Ÿคฃ itโ€™s fun

  9. That’s interesting, looks as if you have to hold your arms out further from your side when using weighted rope.

I’m just doing some research, and most skipping videos tell you to keep hands at sides when skipping

  10. I got myself a piece similar to the crossrope one, from some producer in Berlin (Everjump). It was on sale and still expensive, but I love it. My aim is to once day skip rope Floyd Mayweather XD
